Welcome to the Oasis Day Spa Online Booking Beta! We’re happy to offer you this great feature – before we start, please read through this page first.
System Requirements
You may be prompted to install Microsoft Silverlight in order to use our Online Booking system. Please follow the installation instructions before proceeding. If your computer cannot use or install Microsoft Silverlight in any way, please call us to book your appointment.
Spa & Booking Policies
If you need to cancel a reservation or reschedule one, we require 24 hours notice for individual services and packages. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than the required time will be billed 100%. Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Appointments booked for the same day are considered confirmed and cannot be cancelled, to adhere to our strict 24-hour cancellation policy.
All spa guests must be 14 years of age or older. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Online Booking Policies
Please note that appointments booked online CANNOT be cancelled or changed online! If you have already booked your appointment and would like to cancel or change your schedule, please give us a call.
Your appointment time and/or therapist may be changed by Oasis Day Spa management in order to optimize our daily schedules. We honor your therapist preferences, and will notify you by phone should any changes happen for your appointment time and/or therapist.
Are you one of our regular clients? If yes, there is no need to open a new Online Booking account. Simply call or visit us and let us know you’ll like to utilize our Online Booking feature, and we will set up your current client profile for Online Booking.
Currently, only certain Massage & Hair Salon services can be booked online. As we continue this beta test and learn more about this great feature, we will open up all of our spa services for online booking.
Specials and discounts are NOT applicable during Online Booking. If you would like to take advantage of any of our sales or promotions, please call us to book.
Some specialty massage services are also not available for online booking at this time - such as prenatal massage, side-by-side massage, and specialty modalities. Should you wish to book those services, or any of our other treatments, please give us a call at 212-254-7722 (NYC) or 914-409-1900 (Westchester).
